Marlborough Cuvée Brut NV


A favourite in the local New Zealand market, we have produced this sparkling wine since 1989, and it was included in Michael Cooper’s book 100 Must-Try New Zealand Wines.
Made in the traditional method from 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay. It is aged on its lees for three years before being disgorged to develop delicious biscuity toasty flavours.

Pair with King fish, watermelon, chilli, lime & smoked mackerel snow

  • Residual sugar: 7.0 g/L
