Chardonnay Museum Release

We lay down a small amount of wine each year in our private cellar at the winery. We observe how it develops with age and occasionally make a small parcel available as a museum release for our unique customers.

Tasted in November 2023 the 2017 Nautilus Chardonnay opens with a subtle flint undertone before revealing preserved lemons and toasted brioche notes. The palate is rich with creamy texture, great structure and balanced acidity. Delicious now and remarkably youthful, This wine promises to continue to develop favourably in the next five years.

  • Alcohol by volume: 13.5%
  • Total acid: 6.2 g/L
  • pH: 3.25
  • Residual sugar: Dry
