The Nautilus Cuvée Marlborough Brut NV is pale straw in colour with a fine bead and creamy mousse. The wine has a distinctive nutty bouquet, which shows the richness of a Pinot Noir dominant blend and the benefits of extended maturation. An elegant finely structured wine in which the fruit flavours harmonise with biscuity, yeast derived complexities and crisp acidity to give a lingering dry finish.
Nautilus Vintage Rosé 2016 is pale salmon in colour with a fine creamy mousse. The nose shows red berry fruits notes, rose petal aromas and a hint of spice. 100% Pinot Noir gives this wine depth and weight balanced by a touch of brioche and a creamy texture from extended lees maturation. This sparkling wine is finely balanced on the palate with an elegant and harmonious finish.
This is a limited edition, single vineyard wine. Albariño, one of the most distinctive varieties from Spain, is a recent introduction to the pristine winegrowing region of Marlborough.
This 2020 vintage Nautilus Pinot Gris is pale straw in colour,
with vibrant aromas of fresh pears, quince, ginger and
delicate hints of cloves. The medium-bodied palate shows
concentrated fruit flavours, bright acidity and a deliciously

The nose displays delicate aromas of lime zest, orange blossom and fennel seeds. The linear palate shows pithy texture and distinctive chalky acidity. The finish is persistent with honeydew melon notes and mixed spices. The wine will develop a more oily texture with time.
The fruit was machine harvested at night or in the cool of the
morning and immediately crushed and pressed. The juice was
then fermented with a variety of aromatic yeast strains in stainless steel tanks - the sole aim being to reflect and preserve the flavours and aromas grown in the vineyard. 7% of the juice was fermented with a non-saccharomyces yeast and 2% was barrel fermented.
After fermentation, the wine was kept in contact with the lees
for five months. This classic technique enhances creaminess and integrates flavours.
The 2019 Nautilus Chardonnay is straw coloured with a lifted
nose of white peaches, citrus blossoms and nougat. The palate
displays preserved lemons and honeysuckle along with a nutty
complexity from the natural ferments. The palate has good
depth and concentration with a refreshingly long finish. This
wine has a tight mineral structure and will develop a creamy
texture as it matures.
The fourth release of The Paper Nautilus exhibits subtle aromas of preserve citrus, white peach, honeyed characters and spicy complexity. The palate is full with a rich mid-palate and a dry lingering finish.
This wine has a lifted floral and red fruit character on the nose with hints of spice. The palate is full and long with an assertive tannin structure.
The 2017 Nautilus Pinot Noir is dark ruby in colour. The complex nose displays dark fruits, earthy notes and a touch of toasty spice. The palate is concentrated and elegant with a fine dense core of tannins and a long savoury finish.
Beautiful accompanied by Venison with Star Anise.
This wine has aromas of raspberries, wild strawberries, violets and toasted spices. The mid-palate shows fruit sweetness, while fine-grained tannins contribute to a lingering elegant finish.
