Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2010

Nautilus Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2010 is pale straw in colour and has a fragrant aroma showing goose- berry, black currant leaf, red capsicum and a hint of dried thyme. The palate reveals lime/grapefruit characters along with more tropical flavours such as melon and passion- fruit. This wine has good mid palate concentration and a typically zingy finish.

Nautilus Estate Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2010

4 stars - "Projects lovely malty/toffee-like aromas and has a seamless balance of fresh fruit and tight, clean acid on the palate. Some nice botrytis evident." Winestate Annual 2012

93 points- "This has a distinctive lime-citrus nose, really fine and pure in the glass, and some light herbs and grassy notes as well. The palate's crisp, cool and brightly lit with crunchy acid, holding gooseberry and lime flavours tight and tidy." Nick Stock, Good Wine Guide 2012

87 points - "The 2010 Sauvignon Blanc offers a nose of fresh lemons, cut grass, pea pods and lime leaf with an underlying hint of wet stones. Medium bodied with lively acidity, it has a pleasant suggestion of texture with a long herbal finish. Drinking now, it should keep to 2013."  Lisa Perotti-Brown, The Wine Advocate (USA), October 2011
