The Wines
Tasting notes and technical details for all our wines are available to the right of the page. Nautilus Estate wines are carefully crafted; we produce wines that are synonymous with the best in New Zealand. Modern technology and traditional techniques have been deftly combined in our state-of-the-art winemaking facilities by our talented winemaking team. The resultant wines are stylish and individual. Research carried out by local academics has identified the different characteristics that make Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc so distinctive. Nautilus aims to encompass all of these different flavour compounds to give a wine that is complex and long lasting. Our Pinot Noir winemaking has involved significant research into the impact of different clonal selections. Nautilus blends a selection of different pinot noir clonal material to give layers of complexity to our wines. See video tasting below. The resulting wines are exported to over 30 countries around the world, and have been consistently recommended. Nautilus Estate is also one of a handful of wineries licensed to use the prestigious New Zealand Fern brand.
